The Build Process

A turnkey renovation process, developed by our team, ensures a seamless and efficient execution of each project. Monaco Interiors’ experienced team manages all aspects of each project from the initial stages right through to completion. Our process ensures that every aspect of a project is processed in house, ensuring complete management of the build process.

The build process begins with a detailed build schedule provided to our dedicated site foreman, crew and tradespeople. This comprehensive schedule outlines the project scope including all drawings, elevations, materials, instructions, and specifications as well as the project timeline, ensuring that every step is meticulously planned and accounted for.

To oversee the construction process, we assign a dedicated site foreman who acts as a point of contact and coordination on-site. The foreman ensures smooth operations, manages the crew and tradespeople, and maintains a steady workflow, eliminating any downtime and ensuring progress is continuously made.

Staff on-site meetings are conducted weekly with our design team, project managers, foreman and crew for progress check-ins, to address any queries, and/or any concerns that may arise.

Our signature process caters to the unique preferences of each client. Whether they prefer active involvement or a more hands-off approach, we have the expertise to accommodate their needs. For clients who prefer a more involved role, we provide consistent communication, milestone check-ins and active collaboration should any decisions be required.

On the other hand, we also understand that some clients prefer to stay on the periphery of the execution of their renovation. Our process allows for minimal client involvement, should that be requested. In these cases, we take full responsibility for the project, from planning to execution. Clients can have peace of mind knowing that we will oversee the project with precision and expertise, only involving them at key pre-determined stages.
