A home built in 1945 on an apple orchard. A family, parents and two year old twins, move in 66 years later. The tiny home has one bedroom on a second floor, a mini kitchen and a plethora of bad building surprises. It takes the homeowners four years of saving and almost almost a full year after that to get their renovation permit. The whole story is in our blog. It’s a fun journey, with a designer and her contractor husband and their six year old kids. But be warned, it’s not for the faint of heart.
