TRADITIONAL DINING. When we recnfigured this main floor, moving the dining room to the front of the house made perfect sense. The opened wall creates a beautiful sight line, allows light to floral throughout and with the dividing posts and knee walls, it still retains it's own space. Opened but not entirely. I love that our client appreciates antiques and didn't want to create an overly modern space in a historical home. They love the house and it's story, and making it their own was a true labour of love and respect.

From new and durable flooring to environmentally sound and high quality insulation materials. We learned, discovered and got truly excited about what is now available on the market.

I wish I could have taken more photos, but here is a plaster rose ceiling, brought up in 2 sections and expertly finished on site, and a plate of petits fours with smoke special effects. GIVE BACK. This is year 20 of going to St. Michael's to make lunch for our guests. We are always grateful that they allow us to be a small part of their week, and give us the opportunity to give back. Today we spoke about us all being so privileged, and with that privilege comes a great responsibility to both give back, and teach future generations.

Teaching love, respect and gratitude, in my opinion is the greatest gift we can give.

BEST SPA EVER. So it's Saturday and my nails were a disaster and to my extreme luck, Phiona at Coconut Village Spa in Aurora had time for me.

I have driven by this place countless times as it's a 1 minute walk from our studio.

I had no idea. The exterior does the interior no justice. (Ignore doorbell sound, next client had arrived)

I walked in to sounds of Island music. The decor whisked me away, transporting me immediately into vacation mode.

The personal, warm greeting. The extreme cleanliness - I watched her sanitize a pedi station and it was beyond thorough.

I expected a typical manicure. Not even close. The mango scrub, the tropical scented moisturizing massage, my beautiful nails. She needs to charge more. I would have paid so much more. It was less expensive than I could have imagined.

I have already booked my next mani and I am definitely getting a pedi with it.
